Calle Coyote Project

This re-model was for an owner-built home that is being upgraded by the now grown children of the builder. A generational project we were pleased to be a part of. The original house design called for a creative use of passive solar technologies including solar hot water radiant powered by PV panels and Trombe Walls.
Our directive was to modernize the kitchen, bathrooms and general living space without losing the intention of the original design or functionality. We worked closely with the owners and following a plan created by their interior designer we were able to transform these spaces into inviting, efficient and lovely rooms. Many challenges arose throughout the project which called for collaboration, creative thinking and patience to solve.

The end result is beautiful and satisfying on many levels.
